Oak Park Village
We are a quiet 55+ retirement community bounded by the historic Alva Village, small farms, woods, and the Caloosahatchee River.
We have 200 homes on wide lots, some directly on the river.
We offer a fishing deck over the river, a marina, game courts, Helicopter Pad for medical emergencys, and our bus for outings and shopping.
Also full two-lane streets with sidewalks, street lamps, and 15 mph limit.

How to find us!

From North or South I-75 use exit 139 (east toward LaBelle) onto Florida Route 80, Palm Beach Boulevard, 12.5 miles to Broadway Street at the Alva Diner.
From Florida Route 29 north or south in Labelle take westbound Florida Route 80, Hickpochee Boulevard (which becomes Palm Beach Boulevard as you drive west) 14 miles to Broadway Street at the Alva Diner.
Turn north onto Broadway Street, and cross the drawbridge to the village.
At the north end of the drawbridge turn right (east) onto Pearl Street for .5 mile to its end at the entrance to Oak Park Village.
Google Maps (seen to the left) shows the office location incorrectly. Stay on Pearl to Ashe Street, turn left, and left again onto Basil Street. The office will be to your immediate left. Park along the street or in the office parking area.
